Compensation: $20.00-$23.00 per hour.

Job Duties (Will Include but Not Be Limited To)

  • Source used, new and aftermarket parts
  • Replenish parts
  • Pull and fill orders from stock
  • Follow up on status of special ordered parts
  • Sell parts to internal customers
  • Ensure parts are properly billed on RO
  • Must wear safety eyewear at all times when in dealership service departments
  • Must wear hard-toed shoes and slip resistant footwear in when in dealership service departments
  • Embrace and exhibit Walser CORE values
  • All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Previous parts counter experience preferred
  • Aftermarket parts experience (i.e., NAPA, O’Reilly, etc.) helpful
  • Knowledge of OEM parts catalog helpful
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment

Physical Demands

  • Moving and walking around the dealership
  • Sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Utilize a computer for day-to-day tasks and electronic technology required by OEMs
  • Certain areas of the dealership environmental demands may include noise, vibration, paint, dust, exhaust fumes, other hazardous and non-hazardous materials, extreme heat and/or cold
