
The Reconciliation Manager is responsible for leading balance sheet integrity and overseeing subledger-to-general ledger governance across multiple operating entities. This role plays a key part in driving an efficient five-day month-end close while ensuring financial accuracy and consistency within a multi-entity environment utilizing Infor M3 ERP and Trintech reconciliation automation tools. The ideal candidate brings a strong process orientation, exceptional attention to detail, and experience managing structured close processes in a manufacturing or distribution organization.
