What You’ll Do
As the Reconciliation & Payments Manager, you’ll own one of the most critical functions in the company - ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth payment operations across multiple platforms and currencies.

You’ll:

• Manage and oversee reconciliation processes across payment gateways and banks.

• Handle chargebacks, refunds, settlements, and payment disputes end-to-end.

• Develop and maintain clear refund and settlement policies.

• Collaborate with finance, compliance, and product teams to ensure secure and transparent operations.

• Identify and implement process improvements for better tracking, automation, and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in reconciliation or payment operations, ideally in fintech, online payments, or digital platforms.

• Deep understanding of chargeback management, refunds, and settlement flows.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to find solutions fast.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a sense of ownership over critical financial processes.

• Excellent English and communication skills.

• Based in (or open to relocate to) Limassol, Cyprus.
