We’re looking for someone motivated, with solid knowledge of banking products, who can collaborate effectively across teams and is committed to continuous learning and development.
About the team
Our team protects the bank’s financial integrity by ensuring transactions are complete, accurate, and fully understood. It’s a fast‑paced environment that offers broad exposure, clear accountability, and strong foundations for career growth across the bank.
Your day to day
Perform daily reconciliation activities for internal and external accounts held with the National Bank of Romania (BNR) and other financial institutions, ensuring that all transactions are settled accurately. In cases where unsettled or incorrectly settled transactions are identified, the issue is analysed and the findings are shared with relevant internal departments (e.g., IT, Investigations) to implement the necessary corrections for proper settlement.
Ensure the reconciliation process for specific activities within the following business lines: Financial Markets, Group Treasury, Cards, Cash, and Trade, with the objective of confirming that transactions are captured in accordance with agreed specifications. Unsettled or incorrectly settled transactions are monitored until they are properly resolved.
Perform daily release activities aimed at streamlining the settlement process for pending client payments related to Financial Institutions (LORO clients), in compliance with internal policies and available facilities.
