Reconciliation Officer 
The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be part of the Financial Control team and will contribute towards the protection and safeguarding of clients’ assets and funds. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Prepare client data reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
  • Provide reports and documentation to comply with regulations and internal reporting requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified in collaboration with the Back Office team.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive bank records to ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation.
  • Monitor and track outstanding items, ensuring they are promptly resolved.
  • Implement and adhere to reconciliation procedures and internal processes.
  • Liaise with other external advisors and service providers as required.
  • Remain informed about relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices pertaining to reconciliation processes and safeguarding of client assets.
  • Ensure that all financial information is recorded in a complete, accurate and timely manner.

Main requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration or in any related field.
  • Previous experience is a must, preferably, in a similar position.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • An energetic, positive individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Proactive and results oriented.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English.
