Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a reputable insurance and risk management company in their search for a Reconciliation Analystbased in BGC, Taguig.

The role

The Analyst – Reconciliation is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial records. This role supports month-end close activities, investigates variances, and works closely with internal stakeholders to resolve open and aged items in a timely manner.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review account reconciliations in accordance with company policies and accounting standards

  • Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank accounts, intercompany accounts, and balance sheet accounts

  • Perform month-end close activities, including preparation and uploading of journal entries

  • Investigate, manage, and clear open and aged reconciliation items through timely follow-ups and coordination with stakeholders

  • Identify and resolve reconciliation discrepancies and ensure proper documentation of adjustments

  • Maintain complete and accurate reconciliation schedules and supporting documents

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements

  • Support internal and external audits by providing reconciliation reports and explanations as needed.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (4-year course required)

  • At least 1.5 years of experience in account reconciliation, including preparation and review

  • Working knowledge of general ledger, bank, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations

  • Experience in month-end accounting processes and journal entries

  • CPA license is an advantage but not required

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Good communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders

  • Willingness to work either morning shift or night shift, as required
