Recommendation Algorithm EngineerGuangzhouRegularInternet / Electronics / Games - R&DResponsibilities1、Responsible for the iteration and optimization of recall, ranking, strategy, and models related to e-commerce recommendation products.
2、Optimize strategies and models for various e-commerce scenarios, including homepage recommendations, new product recommendations, newcomer recommendations, related products, etc.
3、Handle strategy and model iteration and optimization for cold start systems pertaining to users and products in e-commerce scenarios.
4、Maintain, develop, and upgrade the recommendation service architecture.Qualifications1、Master's degree or higher in a computer-related field (preferred).
2、Proficient in Java and the Spring framework, with a solid foundation in computer science and strong development skills; experience in architectural development is a plus.
3、Background in recommendation algorithms or e-commerce algorithms is preferred.
4、Top rankings in domestic or international algorithm competitions, or published papers in leading conferences related to recommendation fields are preferred.
5、Familiarity with common deep learning model principles.
