What you'll be doing:
In this role, you’ll help drive sales performance by strengthening engagement across the field and creating a strong sense of belonging within the Avon community. You’ll act as a key link between central and local teams, ensuring recognition programs and events are delivered effectively and feel relevant in the local market. From planning impactful events to bringing recognition initiatives to life, you’ll play a central role in creating meaningful experiences that motivate and inspire, while ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.
