JOB POSTING
TITLE: Reclaim Grinder
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday, 7am- 3:30pm
Starting Rate: $13.25 an hour
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Grind rejected and scrap products into a flake and place flake into properly designated silos.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Available to work overtime when needed
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Observes and inspects grinder for proper functioning, damage, wear, and tear.
Examples include, but are not limited to checking the silos on a periodic basis, observe silo readings for fullness, observing for damaged and broken part, specifically the blades, etc.
• Completes grinding inventory reporting documents.
• Assists other Extrusion Technicians with Gaylord boxes or stacking when needed.
• Participates in periodic inventory counts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:
• Inside environmental conditions protected from weather conditions, not necessarily temperature conditions.
• Inside and outside environments apply.
• Subject to noise, causing reason to shout in order to be heard above the noise level.
• Subject to vibration, exposure, fluctuating movement of the body.
• Subject to hazards such as moving machinery, electrical currents, falling debris, exposure to chemicals, gases, or high heat.
