The purpose of this role is to be the face of the business and provide a professional, friendly reception area managing a variety of tasks
Key responsibilities:
• Manages the reception desk, receiving all visitors and colleagues in a professional, friendly manner
• Act as first point of contact for all queries from visitors, focussing on customer service
• Receives and directs incoming calls, mail and e-mail, prioritising communications as appropriate
• Co-ordinates the maintenance of office equipment
• Liaises with Catering Department to co-ordinate requirements for meetings
• Manages the logistics for internal meetings and events
• Photocopies, scans and maintains records
