Job Description

MUST HAVE:

  • At least 2 years experience in a relevant role (i.e. supervision (if applicable), receptionist, front office or customer services role), with a company or similar government entity and with similar work force size and volume
  • Minimum high school education
  • At least bilingual (Arabic and English).
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office softwares (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, etc.)
  • Customer service-oriented individual. Relevant Professional certificates and courses will be a plus.

  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Planning, organizing and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in word processing, graphics, and spreadsheet software.
