Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly

As a Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive first impression—answering incoming phone calls, greeting in‑house guests, and connecting customers with the right departments. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a people‑focused environment and brings a strong work ethic and prior reception or customer service experience. This role combines front desk reception, administrative support, inventory management, and light accounting responsibilities in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Receptionist Job Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Answer and route incoming calls
- Greet customers and direct them to appropriate departments
Administrative & Office Support
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform scanning, filing, and document organization
- Order business cards and maintain company directory updates
- Coordinate team lunches (end-of-month and birthday events)
Accounting & Clerical Support
- Assist with processing deposits
- Handle check processing and basic financial documentation
Inventory & Dealership Support
- Enter and maintain new vehicle inventory records
- Process used vehicle purchases
- Ensure accuracy of inventory data across systems
System & Schedule Maintenance
- Maintain and update internal schedules (65 & 69 reports via CTRL)
- Support general system updates and data accuracy
Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Mon-Fri

- Previous Reception or Call-Center experience preferred
- Previous Automotive experience preferred
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

About Gee Automotive Companies

The Gee Automotive Companies began in 1983 when George Gee opened a Pontiac dealership in Spokane, Washington, which quickly became the largest in the state. In 1991, the company added GMC to its offerings, and in 2000, it relocated to new facilities in Liberty Lake, WA.

In 2003, Ryan Gee became President and CEO, building on his parents' legacy by expanding the company to include Buick, Porsche of Spokane, Kia in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene, and Cadillac in Coeur d'Alene. Ryan focused on cultivating talent within the organization, bringing on skilled managers such as Jeff Jackson, who became president in 2010 while Ryan remained as CEO and Dealer Principal.

Under Ryan's leadership, the company now operates 40 dealerships, including the recent additions of Honda World and Olympia Kia Subaru. Additionally, it manages a parts wholesale business, an automotive retail financing arm, an automotive wholesale operation, an off-site sale company, and two Allstate insurance agencies, employing over 2,500 team members focused on exceptional customer service across the Northwest.
