We are looking for a professional and approachable Receptionist Administrator to join our team. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, delivering a high standard of front-of-house service. You will take ownership of reception operations and support a wide range of administrative tasks across the business. You will also play a key role in managing site access and supporting safety and security processes.

What you'll be doing
- Welcome visitors and manage the reception area
- Handle incoming calls and emails and route queries
- Manage visitor access and issue security passes
- Maintain accurate visitor records and logs
- Liaise with site security on visitor and contractor access
- Support facilities reporting and maintain dashboards
- Carry out daily building checks and report issues
- Provide administrative support across teams
- Arrange bookings such as travel, stationery, and supplies
- Manage locker allocation and resolve issues
- Support emergency procedures, including fire evacuations
- Assist with first aid, fire safety, and site protocols
