We’re now looking for a charismatic and guest-focused Receptionist to join Pirata Group, one of Hong Kong’s most dynamic and diverse restaurant groups.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth experience from the moment they arrive. You’ll support the floor team in delivering a fun, vibrant, and memorable dining journey, while managing reservations and guest enquiries with professionalism and care.

Duties & Responsibilities
Greet and manage guests’ needs to enhance overall satisfaction
Support the floor team in managing tables efficiently to optimise covers and turns
Ensure all company service standards are met during operations
Set up and maintain the reception desk before and during shifts
Answer calls and handle booking or event enquiries promptly and professionally
Assist in handling guest issues or emergencies with grace and efficiency
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or Host in a highly regarded restaurant
Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English is a must; other languages are advantageous
Previous hospitality experience is beneficial
