Are you a master multitasker with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our dynamic Team. Working with our current Receptionist, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring everything operates like a well-oiled machine.

You will

• Welcome guests with a smile, offering refreshments and ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive
• Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
• Handle calls like a pro, keep our reception area sharp, and manage mail and deliveries with efficiency and flair
• Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries and arrange and receive couriers
• Manage the cleanliness of the kitchens and boardrooms on all floors
• Assist with administrative tasks
• Assist business groups and teams with administrative support as needed
• Maintain a cheerful, organized office environment where everyone can thrive

You have

• A high level of emotional intelligence
• Desire to help others and a proactive approach
• The ability to work under minimal guidance
• Strong technology skills
• A punctual and reliable reputation
• Experience working within an office environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience working in real estate or construction (an asset)

Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week with the flexibility to work up to 40 hours as needed.

Pay Range: $23.00 - 25.00 per hour, depending on experience
