Main duty: Receptionist at the General Office (GO)
Other administrative duties include:
1. Receives, reviews and disseminates school generic e-mails & postal
deliveries/letters.
2. Records mail transactions into a file for future reference.
3. Updates daily staff movements, staff leave forecast and Medical
Certificates (all staff) on the GO Staff Movement board.
4. Maintains a record of staff leave applications & MCs.
5. Coordinates staff particular updates with AM, sending of monthly
attendance reports (school-hire contract staff) to employment
agencies.
6. Coordinates preparation of school testimonials for graduating
students.
7. Assists AM with distribution of iExam registration slips & Giro Option
forms.
8. Assists Year Heads (Student Development Team) with collation and
storage of student progress reports.
9. Prints and updates of labels for staff in-boxes, collection cupboards.
10. Distributes college Ties and T-shirts to new staff.
11. Prepares name tents for meetings and prepares necessary signages
for school events.
12. Prepares meal vouchers for hosting of exchange students in the
college.
13. Initiates telephone calls to students and parents on matters
concerning fee payments, school events and other general matters.
14. Assists college on school events such as Open House, College Day
etc.
15. Coordinates the temperature taking exercise with contract workers,
visitors and students when required.
16. Maintains and manages a record of Lost and Found items.
17. Assists the Admin Managers and School Leaders in any other
school-related duties, as assigned.
Requirement:
a. Good communication and interpersonal skills
b. Good team player with a high level of initiative and
independence.
c. Proficient in MS Office
d. Candidate with at least 1 year school working experience.
e. Qualification: GCE O Level certificate or its equivalent
f. Able to work in a fast paced environment
Duration/Working hours:
12 months contract (1 Dec 2025 to 30 Nov 2026)
Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes
lunch break
Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
