We are looking for a dynamic Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our Sydney office. This is a pivotal role where you will ensure every client, visitor and team member feels supported from the moment they arrive. Primary Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be the centre of our front of house operations, ensuring our reception and meeting rooms run smoothly and look their best. Day to day, you will:

• Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
• Coordinate and maintain meeting rooms and bookings
• Support the Office Manager with ad hoc administrative tasks
• Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and seamless experience (including serving refreshments)
• Keep reception and shared spaces well presented and organised

You will be interacting with people across the firm, so strong communication skills and a calm, polished approach are essential.

Required Experience:

• Previous experience as a receptionist, ideally within legal or professional services (1–2 years desirable)
• Confident Microsoft Office skills and accurate typing ability
• Exceptional corporate presentation and a friendly, mature and professional demeanour
• Initiative, self motivation and a proactive attitude
