Receptionist (Part-Time)

Sundance Creek Post Acute

Pay: $17.48-$18.00 per hour, DOE

Sundance Creek Post Acute is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our facility. The Receptionist plays a key role in providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, visitors, and staff while supporting daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure facility sign-in procedures are followed
  • Provide administrative support to department managers as needed
  • Assist with filing, data entry, copying, and general office tasks
  • Help maintain an organized and professional front desk area
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding facility services

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Experience in healthcare or skilled nursing is a plus
