Receptionist - Weekend Role

Great Lakes Christian Homes | Greencroft Communities
Location: Holt, MI
Pay Range: $14.09 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role

Great Lakes Christian Homes is seeking a warm, organized, and dependable Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our community on weekends. This position plays an important role in supporting residents, families, and guests while helping ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome residents, visitors, and family members with a friendly and professional presence
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Provide general information and assist with directions
  • Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Support basic administrative and clerical tasks as needed
  • Assist residents and families with questions or requests
  • Maintain accurate records while protecting confidentiality

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
  • Comfortable using basic Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
