Receptionist - Saskatoon North Hyundai

Permanent Part Time

Availability: Weekends and Thursday & Friday evening

At Saskatoon North Hyundai, we’re looking for a friendly and energetic Receptionist who loves delivering great customer experiences. You'll be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting administrative tasks like data entry, reporting, and front-desk coordination.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, outgoing, detail-oriented, and eager to learn—someone who brings positive energy and a team-first attitude every day.

What you'll be doing:

• Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls professionally
• Provide information to customers, take messages, and schedule appointments both over the phone and in person
• Greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional front-desk experience
• Support the sales department with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  
• Tracking Sales and Service opportunities
• Assisting sales department with inventory
• Other administrative task required

What we're looking for:

• Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills
• Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills
• A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
• A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Accounts payable experience is considered an asset
