We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist & People Operations Coordinator to support our office operations at DriveNets’ TOHA office in Tel Aviv.

As part of our HR team, you will support the company’s day-to-day operations and help ensure the smooth functioning and maintenance of the office and its facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk at DriveNets’ TLV office.
• Welcome and greet guests.
• Manage office maintenance, including the kitchen, office equipment, and facilities.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding administrative needs and help ensure an excellent employee experience.
• Support various office operations activities.
• Perform administrative duties and support special projects and cross-company initiatives.
• Partner with the HR and Recruitment teams and support various HR-related activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience in a startup environment is a major advantage.
• A people person with a positive attitude, pleasant and energetic nature, strong service orientation, and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to see the big picture.
• Highly developed operational skills, with the ability to plan, multitask, prioritize tasks, and ensure flawless execution.
• High command of English, both written and spoken, is a must.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - is a must.
• Proficiency in Monday and other applications is a plus.
• Available for a full-time, on-site position.
• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to use them to improve efficiency and support day-to-day tasks is a plus.
