What will you do?

• Provide administrative and organizational support for the office and reception area.
• Arrange business trips for employees in cooperation with an international travel agency.
• Coordinate taxi transportation for SSC visitors.
• Process and distribute incoming mail and emails.
• Welcome visitors and ensure they have a positive experience during their stay.
• Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate contacts.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office through various coordination tasks.

What are we looking for?

• Excellent communication skills in Czech and English, both written and spoken, as English is our internal company language.
• Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle both standard and ad hoc requests.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach and confidence in making decisions.
• A positive attitude towards people and teamwork.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
