Receptionist (Part-Time)

We are seeking a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This role offers flexible hours and an opportunity to be the welcoming face of our organization. Required Work Schedule:

  • Sunday's: (8-2pm)/(2p-8p)
  • Tuesday's: (4p-8p)
  • Wednesday's: (4p-8p)

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner

- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and effectively

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming

- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

- Support team members with various clerical duties

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

- Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor

- Flexibility to work during scheduled hours and handle occasional additional duties
