Shifts

Part-Time, Weekdays and Every Other Weekend - 1:30pm-7pm - 20 hours a week

Qualities

Happy, friendly, has smile on their face that can be heard in their voice, anticipates what their guests will need and promptly delivers it, likes their day action packed, focuses on solutions, dresses to impress, has fun to delighting others, detail oriented, takes great pride in their work, works safely, integrity, and a bit entertaining.

The Receptionist is responsible for greeting everyone who enters the lobby, answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner. The Receptionist also provides information, direction and other assistance to residents, staff, guests, visitors, and vendors while performing a variety of clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Communicate efficiently in English, using proper grammar, in a pleasant manner.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience at an intermediate level required.
  • Experience with office equipment such as a high capacity copy machine and postage machine is preferred.
  • Accurately complete a multiplicity of routine tasks, following specific instructions carefully and general instructions completely.
  • High School diploma preferred.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, bending, reaching and carrying items occurs throughout the day.
