Job Category: AccountingTo greet and welcome any guest to our facility with a friendly smile and enthusiasm.  To answer all phone calls to our company in a professional, courteous manner and direct the caller to the proper person or department   Additional administrative office duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications include (but not limited to):
- Must be at least 21 years of age;
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Prior reception experience preferred;
- 10+ phone extension experience;
- PC experience (including Microsoft Outlook), with ability to perform tasks on a computer;
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment, such as copiers, fax, and postage machines;
- Highly professional and courteous, in appearance, conduct and manner, with ability to interface well with all levels of the organization;
- A quick learner with the ability to adjust to a dynamic environment;
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, both quickly and under pressure, and with exceptional attention to detail;
- Reports to work on a regular and timely basis, and ensures that work responsibilities are covered when absent;
- Promotes and observes safety and security procedures, uses equipment and materials properly;
- Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry at least 30 lbs.
