The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial support services as designated; responsible for incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors and directing customers to the appropriate department as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls; provide information, and take messages for Stribling Equipment.
- Greet customers and guests entering the facility, determine the nature and purpose of the visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Provide information about the facility such as location of departments, offices, or employees within the organization, and services provided.
- Daily Log of mail distribution
- Daily Log of Guests and/or Staff entering and exiting the branch
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional experience and/or training in clerical/administrative duties; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver License with clean MVR
- Highly proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and web-programs
- Professional appearance and courteous attitude
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess excellent customer service skills and professionalism
- Able to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
