We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Casual Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important role in ensuring a warm, positive, and seamless patient experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice.

• Warmly welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
• Coordinate appointment bookings and manage the clinic's schedule.
• Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries or requests.
• Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable.
• Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in dental reception within Australia
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Confidence using computer systems; familiarity with dental software (Ultimo Dental) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly, professional manner and a genuine interest in patient care.
