Receptionist – Monday to Thursday | Maven Dental Morley

Looking for a role where you can make a real difference while enjoying work-life balance? We’re searching for a friendly, organised and motivated Receptionist to join the team at Maven Dental Morley on a permanent 4-day-a-week schedule, Monday to Thursday.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and professional practice where patient care, teamwork and a positive culture come first.

As the face of the practice, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every patient from the moment they walk through the door.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service
• Managing appointments and clinician schedules
• Answering phone and email enquiries
• Processing payments and health fund claims
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Supporting the team with day-to-day administration tasks
• Helping ensure the smooth operation of the practice

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, professional and highly organised
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
• Confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable with strong attention to detail
• Experienced in reception, administration or customer-facing roles
• Dental experience is highly regarded, but not essential
