This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and professional practice, where patient care, teamwork and a positive culture come first.

As the face of the practice, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every patient from the moment they walk through the door.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service
• Managing appointments and clinician schedules
• Answering phone and email enquiries
• Processing payments and health fund claims
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Supporting the team with day-to-day administration tasks
• Helping ensure the smooth operation of the practice

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Dental experience is a must
• Knowledge of dental software
• Friendly, professional and highly organised
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
• Confident in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable with strong attention to detail
• Experienced in reception, administration or customer-facing roles

This is a casual position to cover shifts 3 days a week.
