Maven Dental Booragoon is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience from the moment they walk through the door. Working alongside a supportive team of dental professionals, you'll help keep the practice running smoothly while building genuine relationships with our patients and ensuring they receive exceptional service every step of the way.

As the face of the practice, you'll play a key role in creating a positive patient experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our front desk. Key Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and creating a warm, welcoming environment
• Managing incoming phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Processing payments and managing patient accounts
• Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry
• Coordinating patient recalls and follow-up appointments
• Supporting clinicians and the wider practice team with administrative tasks
• Managing daily front desk operations and ensuring a seamless patient experience

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service or a similar role
• Previous experience working with D4W
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, positive and professional attitude
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Confidence using computer systems and learning new software
• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering excellent customer service
