We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading hospitality organisation in Malta, seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the main point of contact at their Head Office in Mriehel
This role is essential in creating a positive first impression while ensuring smooth day to day front office operations.
As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, representing a professional and welcoming environment while supporting administrative and communication processes.
• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
• Notify employees of visitor arrivals and coordinate meetings
• Handle inquiries from clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Manage courier services and incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area
• Monitor building access and ensure visitor protocols are followed
• Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and scheduling
• Assist with office supplies management and general coordination
• Support other departments as required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and presentable approach
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Fluent in English and Maltese
