Hiring Range

$15.00 - $19.50/Hourly Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs.

Overview

Works under the supervision of the Office Manager / Department Designee. Provides a variety of general administration and reception duties, utilizes computer systems including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Ultracare, Excel and other systems as needed. Answers switchboard and directs calls to the appropriate staff. Greets and directs all visitors and guests to resident areas or other areas of the facility.

• Exhibits professionalism, efficiency, competency and friendliness. Positively interacts with callers, employees and visitors. Listens carefully to inquiries and provides appropriate assistance. Provides support to other departments and staff members when needed.
• Demonstrates flexibility and responds to the needs of the facility.
• Monitors the ordering of office supplies to remain within operating budget.
• Maintains a positive working relationship with medical staff as a foundation for an environment conducive to quality resident care.
• Works effectively with internal and external departments and organizations.

Education
