ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a vibrant and experienced front desk receptionist to join our Brisbane-based law firm on a full time basis.
You must have:
Significant experience in managing a front desk
Provide exceptional customer service
Experience handling client inquiries by phone and directing them appropriately
A highly organised approach and excellent client communication skills
Facility management skills, including booking and preparing meeting rooms etc.
Experience with administrative tasks on ad-hoc basis
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience as a receptionist in a legal or professional services environment (2 years+ preferred)
Strong spoken and written communication skills with attention to detail
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks
Ability to demonstrate initiative and solve problems independently
Must be a team player
The ability to refer clients to the firm is also highly rewarded
Experience with paralegal or legal administration work an added bonus
