At Mass General Brigham Home Care, every interaction matters. As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, families, visitors, and staff helping create a welcoming and supportive experience while keeping our office running smoothly.
This per diem opportunity is based in our Newton, Massachusetts office, where you'll work alongside a dedicated team supporting patients and clinicians across our Home Care services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for a flexible position with a respected healthcare organization.

About The Role
In this role, you'll help ensure patients, visitors, and staff receive timely and professional support by:
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Greeting visitors and assisting with sign-in procedures
• Creating and preparing admission books and patient-related documents
• Providing administrative support to clinical and office staff
• Managing multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day
• Serving as a liaison between the public and the organization
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting daily office operations
What You'll Bring
• Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Epic experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy environment
• Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional service
