Receptionist

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Our client, a premium VIP fitness club in Dubai, is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for members and guests. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a 5-star hotel or a VIP fitness club/gym, and possess exceptional customer service skills. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming high-profile clients, and ensuring a smooth and luxurious experience for all members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome VIP members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and booking appointments for fitness sessions and classes.
• Assist members with check-ins, providing information on fitness programs, schedules, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
• Handle member requests, ensuring all needs are met efficiently and discreetly.
• Process membership applications, renewals, and payments with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with fitness trainers, club managers, and other staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Address any member concerns or issues, escalating to management when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the fitness club's offerings, including classes, events, and special promotions.
• Ensure compliance with the clubs high standards of luxury service and privacy for VIP clientele.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a receptionist in a 5-star hotel, VIP fitness club, or VIP gym.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with high-profile clients professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking software.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, or French) is an advantage.
• Presentable, with a polished appearance in line with the luxury environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, high-end setting.
