Go Auto Outlet West is looking for a full-time Receptionist to be the face of one of the most impressive automotive facilities in Canada.

This is not just a front desk role. This is the front door to a career.

Our dealership is a state-of-the-art, three-level facility designed to deliver a premium experience to every guest who walks through our doors. From the moment clients arrive, you set the tone. You are the first impression, the central hub of communication, and a critical part of the team.

What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome clients in a professional, warm, and confident manner

• Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and accurately

• Support the sales, service, and leadership teams with administrative tasks

• Manage client flow and ensure every guest is assisted quickly

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

• Assist with basic clerical and data entry tasks as needed

• Act as the central communication point for the dealership

What We're Looking For

• Professional appearance and strong communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

• A genuine interest in building a long-term career in the automotive industry

• Previous reception, customer service, or administrative experience is an asset, but not required
