The Staff Pad has partnered with a renowned hospital
in Manchester, TN, and we are looking to hire an experienced Receptionist to
serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors and play a key
role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the daily
operations of a busy medical office.
Responsibilities include patient scheduling,
registration, insurance verification, medical records management, payment
processing, and administrative support.
Schedule: Full-Time | Days | 8-Hour Shift available
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors with
professionalism and outstanding customer service

Schedule, reschedule, and cancel
appointments while tracking missed visits

Manage multiple phone lines,
document messages, and route calls appropriately

File, retrieve, copy, and fax
medical records for providers
-
Check in patients and accurately
complete registration documentation
-
Verify insurance coverage and
patient demographics, ensuring accurate system entry
-
Collect co-pays and payments and
balance daily cash transactions
-
Complete assigned tasks and
communicate with supervisors regarding any barriers
-
Ensure providers have the
information needed to support quality patient care

Perform additional duties as
assigned

Maintain patient confidentiality in
accordance with QHC policies

Manage Athena Inbox tasks
efficiently to ensure timely follow-up and organization
What We Are Looking For
Education & Experience
-
High School Diploma or GED required
-
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
-
1+ year of experience in a medical
office or related healthcare setting preferred
