Part time every Friday 3PM-8PM
As a Receptionist for TaraVista in Devens, Massachusetts, you’ll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. A Receptionist is an integral part of our multidisciplinary team.
As a Receptionist:
You will be responsible for answering incoming calls and directing calls to appropriate associates
You are responsible for assisting family members during visitation, including directing family members to locker areas to store personal belongings during visits
You are responsible for mail distribution, as well as additional clerical duties
You will have extensive contact with the public and will be the front facing representative of our hospital
Successful Receptionist candidates will possess the following qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to professionally represent the hospital as the first point of contact, demonstrating a calm and courteous demeanor at all times
Previous experience working directly with the public required
Strong verbal communication skills with excellent telephone etiquette
Basic computer skills, including minimal typing and routine task completion
Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Pay Range
Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience.
$18.00 - $21.00
