About the Role & Team
The primary focus of this role is to support office staff withadministration relatedtasks,keep the flow of incoming and outgoing documentsparcelsand ensure office area is kept tidy.
This role will require you to be onsite in our Warsaw office 5 days a week.

What You Will Do
Desk phone
Handle all incoming calls, takemessagesand pass toappropriate parties
Provide callers with general company information
Protect the privacy of allemployee’sdetails, not providing any employee’s personal email/contact details unlessauthorisedby thatparticular person
Receiveguests
Greet and welcome visitors in a respectful and courteous manner
Inform the respective staff to receive guests
Uphold office security by monitoring access ofpersonnel intoinside office
Areasto bemaintained
Ensure reception areais neat and tidy at all times
Keep the Boardrooms neat and tidy, as well as the rest of the office if necessary
Support for receiving deliveries and direct from reception area
Facilities
Support Office Coordinator with managing building management and cleaning company
Assistin office supply inventories for company (stationary/kitchen/shipping/copy room)
Report any needs for repair/maintenance job whenever observed
SAP
Processing administration related invoices
Creating shopping carts for various orders as needed
Working with Procurement Team in case of coding and/or cost related issues
Back up for local Casual Buyers
Administration Tasks
COREstationery&kitchensupplies
Managemultiplecouriers
Sort and direct incoming/outgoing mail
Monitor package deadlines and track packages as requested
Package and postage of prizes/giveawaysin a timely manner
Adhoc duties asrequired
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience ina similarrole in the matrix international environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Fluent in Polish and English
Very goodknowledge of MS office, especially MS Excel
Can-do,proactiveand problem-solving attitude, teamwork approach
Excellent communication skills, incl. persuasion,negotiationand feedback skills
Detail-oriented and efficient person, able to flex priorities to current needs and deliver a consistent level of work
High self-motivation and feeling of ownership
Knowledge ofSAPwill be anadditionalasset
