We're looking for a Full-time Receptionist to be the first face our patients and their families see, someone who can keep a busy front desk running smoothly while making every person who walks in feel genuinely looked after.

Responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients and their families with warmth and professionalism
• Managing appointment bookings and coordinating the daily schedule
• Answering phone calls and assisting patients with enquiries
• Maintaining a tidy, organised reception area and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Processing payments, managing patient records, and completing general administrative tasks
• Supporting the clinical team with administrative duties as required

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic reception role
• Experience using dental practice software such as Exact, Dental4Windows, or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and a commitment to patient confidentiality
• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine team-first approach
