We are currently looking for:

• 1 Full-Time Dental Assistant
• 1 Full-Time Dental Receptionist

Dental Receptionist

As one of our Receptionists, you will be the friendly face our patients see when they walk through the door and the welcoming voice they hear on the phone. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, so we are looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients in person and over the phone in a warm and professional manner
• Managing appointment bookings and confirmations
• Responding to patient emails and enquiries
• Processing payments and daily banking
• Maintaining accurate patient records and filing systems
• Providing general administrative support to the practice team

Hours

• Monday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
• Tuesday: 9:00am – 5:15pm
• Wednesday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
• Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am – 5:15pm

Dental Assistant / Sterilisation Assistant

In this multi-skilled role, you will play a key part in supporting both clinical and sterilisation processes to help ensure every patient receives a safe, comfortable, and professional experience.

You’ll work closely with a supportive team while developing a broad range of skills across infection control, chairside assistance, and clinic support duties.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, sterilising, and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
• Monitoring and recording sterilisation processes accurately
• Supporting infection control procedures across the practice
• Preparing treatment rooms and assisting clinical staff during patient transitions
• Occasionally assisting chairside during dental procedures
• Assisting with stock management and maintaining clinic organisation
• Supporting reception and administrative duties when required

Hours

• Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:15pm
• Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:15pm
• Thursday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 5:15pm

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in reception, dental assisting, sterilisation, or healthcare support roles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence using computer systems and managing administrative tasks
• A professional, caring, and patient-focused approach
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A flexible and proactive attitude with a willingness to support the wider team

Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is highly regarded, though training can be provided for the right candidate.
