
Job Purpose or Objective(s): Welcome and direct guests with the goal of improving guest satisfaction.
This position will be located in the Headquarters Call Center
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Start rate: $18.42/hour
Primary Tasks:
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Maintain knowledge of current service offerings, promotions, events, historical sites, and structures of Choctaw Nation facilities.
· Maintain full knowledge, understanding, and adherence to company and department policies, and sequences of service.
· Good telephone and verbal communication skills
· Experience with Microsoft Office
· Guest-focused, organized, handles pressure and is informative
· Three months of directly related training and/or experience
1. You will welcome guests by greeting them at the front desk, announcing visitors and directs them to proper location.
2. Answer all calls, both internal and external, into the primary facility and main phone lines while meeting all departmental service standards.
3. Create an inviting atmosphere for each guest and caller to the campus.
4. Log all special requests and alerts to the appropriate department to ensure the guest’s expectations are exceeded.
5. You will explain available services and make referrals.
6. Create a good relationship with each guest that is encountered to give a good, valuable impression of the Choctaw Nation.
7. Maintain accurate data for reporting.
8. Direct overflow calls from other in-house call centers.
9. Coordinate with other department on scheduling conference rooms.
10. Perform other related tasks as assigned.
