Job Description

Looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Executive to support the school's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to visitors, parents, students and staff at the reception counter.
  • Handle incoming calls, enquiries and deliveries.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing and record keeping.
  • Manage stationery and office supplies, including inventory records and purchase requests.
  • Assist with student administration, forms, certificates and enquiries.
  • Provide basic first aid and assist with students who are unwell.
  • Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' Level or Higher NITEC.
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant administrative experience, preferably in a school environment.
  • Good communication and computer skills.
  • Customer service oriented with a warm and professional disposition.

Duration/Working hours:

2 years contract (Feb 2027 to Jan 2029)

Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch

break

One of the working day i.e. late shift, the hours would be from 10am

to 6:30pm. This late shift is fixed on a certain weekday and is

schedule to change every 6 months.

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public

holidays
