Job Description

  • Attend to unwell and/or injured students, including administering first aid when required.
  • Manage the school's frontline counter, incoming calls, mails and enquiries.
  • Maintain and monitor office and first-aid supplies, including the loaning of first-aid kits to staff.
  • Manage pupil-related matters, including updating pupil records and class attendance.
  • Support school events and activities as required.
  • Provide general administrative support in the General Office.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the school.

Requirements:

  • Possess a post-secondary qualification or equivalent.
  • Valid First Aid, CPR and AED certification.
  • Prior experience in reception and general administration, preferably in a school environment.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A good team player with a responsible and service-oriented approach.
  • Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Option to extend another year) (Oct 2026 to Sep 2027)

Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch
break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
