Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about helping people?
We are looking for a professional and energetic Front Desk Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our community.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Welcome residents, families, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional attitude
• Answer and route phone calls promptly and courteously
• Create a welcoming environment for all visitors
• Manage appointment books for doctors, beauty/barber services, and resident requests
• Assist residents with concierge-style services such as transportation arrangements, newspaper deliveries, and telephone/cable concerns
• Support administrative and clerical tasks for multiple departments
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area
• Respond professionally during emergencies and understand emergency call systems
• Assist with marketing inquiries and community initiatives
• Work closely with leadership and staff to support daily operations
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using phones, computers, email, internet, and Excel
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Team-oriented individual who enjoys helping others
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
