We are currently looking for a Full Time Receptionist to work the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm. Monday through Friday. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and focus on great customer service, while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere!
In this position you will be expected to:
• Have previous experience working with Microsoft Suite products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Provide clear effective communication both written and verbally to best interact with residents, family members, and colleagues
• Maintain accuracy, organization and efficiency in scheduling appointments, managing records, and handling sensitive information
• Display a positive and welcoming attitude as the first point of contact to visitors and other guest
• Maintain the capacity to handle several responsibilities simultaneously such as navigating multiple calls and visitors at the same time
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in reception/ customer service is preferred
