We're looking for a friendly, organised, and people-focused Casual Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help ensure every visit runs smoothly while creating a positive and professional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
• Managing appointments, recalls, and daily schedules.
• Answering phone and email enquiries with professionalism and care.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and handling confidential information.
• Processing payments and completing general administrative tasks.
• Keeping the reception area organised, welcoming, and running efficiently.
• Supporting the clinical team with the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• A genuine motivation to build a career in the dental industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to put patients at ease.
• Confidence using computers and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Flexibility to work across our practice's operating days and hours as required.
• A positive, proactive approach and a commitment to maintaining an efficient front office.
• Previous reception, administration, customer service, or dental experience will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
