Receptionist – Be the First Impression at Mike Calvert Toyota
Houston, TX | Full-Time

At Mike Calvert Toyota, we’re looking for a warm, friendly, and dependable Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our dealership. Whether answering phones or greeting customers in person, you set the tone for each guest’s experience—and that matters.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet all guests with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
• Provide general dealership information and support guest inquiries
• Assist the sales team and managers with administrative needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
• Complete daily reports and schedules as assigned

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication in English & Spanish
• Customer service skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with a team-first mindset
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule

Schedule:

• Full-Time | Shifts vary between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Includes evenings and Saturdays
• One weekday off | Closed Sundays
