As a Receptionist, you will provide general office support, answer and direct calls, and handle the flow of people through the business. Must possess excellent verbal communication skills and maintain a professional appearance at all times. Critical for success will be the ability to embody the corporate culture in all interactions and demonstrate professionalism and excellence in customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by welcoming, directing, and announcing visitors appropriately.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
• Receive and sort daily deliveries.
• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
• Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services.
• Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
• Maintain files as necessary, screens incoming phone calls and places follow-up calls, and operates printer, scanner, fax machine and copier.

• Computer proficiency
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and project a professional image at all times
• Reception experience (desired)
