Job Summary

to support front-desk and day-to-day reception operations. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a professional attitude.

  Maintain visitor records and assist with documentation.

  Use computers for basic data entry, email, and office-related tasks.
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

  Coordinate with internal staff when required.

  Perform other reception and administrative duties as assigned.
